This is the first of three volumes containing charters of the chapter property in the city of Lincoln. Documents for chantries other than those administered by the Common Fund have been omitted. This volume contains documents relating to the Common Fund, the chantry and obit property included in the Common Fund accounts, the charters of prebends, of the Fabric Fund and of the Bishop’s fee within the city.
