Sessions of the Peace in Lincoln 1351-54 & Stamford 1351

Edited by Elisabeth G. Kimball M.A. (Mount Holyoke), B.Litt. (Oxon.), Ph.D. (Yale)

This volume contains a peace roll for the city of Lincoln and a single membrane from a Gaol Delivery Roll which contains a peace commission for the borough of Stamford and the record of two sessions held under this commission. These enrolments are among the few extant medieval peace records for urban jurisdictions.
